Department of Anatomy

The Anantomy branch deals with the study of various parts of the human body. A thorough knowledge on these aspects is imparted to the students, so that they can understand the functioning of these body parts, enabling them to interpret the use of different treatments in the later stages of their medical studies.

There are many types of human body components, like connective tissue, muscular system, nervous system, digestive system, respiratory system, reproductive system, skin, etc. Further, there are different body parts in these systems, and a thorough knowledge regarding them is required for pursuing medical science effectively.

The Department of Anatomy at Santhiram displays astounding proficiency, and teaches the students impeccably by using various effective methods. Examining the corpses by the dissection of different body parts, to understand the complete anatomy and functioning of them, is carried out by the students at our medical college.

Our focus is to impart in-depth knowledge about the human anatomy to the students, so that they can interpret and understand the medical science effectively, and serve the community to keep up the well being of the people. Our country can only prosper when the citizens are healthy, and to maintain the health of them, we turn the medical students into fine doctors.
