Department of Respiratory Medicine
The Respiratory Medicine Department at Santhiram specializes in dealing with tuberculosis cases and all chest related illnesses. Due to the widespread of seasonal diseases and infections, there are numerous chances for the people to fall prey for different respiratory ailments, even when they take exceptional care. Our department offers eminent treatments for these sufferers.

Tuberculosis is a deadly health ailment, particularly in the case of MDR-TB (Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis). It can cause damage to the respiratory, central nervous, gastro intestinal, cardiovascular and lymphatic systems, finally leading to the death of the affected person. Also, it can spread quickly due to the bacteria’s ability to survive in air for several hours, before they are inhaled by a healthy person.

To treat this health issue effectively, timely diagnosis and treatment is required, and we are highly experienced in this regard. We have treated numerous patients who have suffered from TB, and helped them to lead normal life once again. The able healthcare providers and advanced amenities at our hospital play an impeccable role in this regard.

We also specialize in other chest problems like Bronchitis, Pneumonia, etc., and we offer advanced treatments to solve these issues effectively. Due to the highly efficient services, Santhiram is highly preferred by the people for getting relieved from these health ailments.
