Under the Chairmanship of Dr M Santhiramudu garu Santhiram Medical College and General Hospital took an Oath to serve the Society by providing primaryhealth care to the needy people and is serving the people across 300 villages surrounding the Nandyal and other districts in Rayalaseemawith periodical checkups and health observations by well qualified practitioners i.e. Doctors,Technicians, Para medical and nursing staff.Santhiram Hospital is providing health care and hospital services by adopting 300 villages exclusively to provide awareness in family health care and clean and healthy villages since 20 years and it is a continuous process through which we significantly reduced medical emergencies. Santhiram Hospital is providing health education and awareness to all the surrounding villages. We are conducting door to door survey of families for collecting data on health status at all villages including tribal areas.We are conducting health camps at all villages, todiagnose common and complex health problems and providing them with medicine and conducting review camps at the villages.
Free Consultancy to all patients , Free Transport facility to more than 500 patients every day from neighboring villages of Nandyal Parliamentary constituency to hospital and back to their villages with a fleet of 20 buses across 20 different routes catering services to 300 villages

Provision of health care facilities for all the pregnant women at Santhiram Hospital are free of cost. Santhiram Hospital in association with Santhiram seva samithi, is providing complete health care to pregnant women since the time of conceiving until delivery at free of cost under the scheme Santhiram Matha Sishu Samrakshana Scheme, where the investigations like Ultrasound scan and TIFFA SCANS and other blood investigations are done free of cost to the pregnant women from the time of conceiving to the successful healthy delivery. We also give a welcome pack for both the mother and the baby for maintaining healthy and hygienic post-delivery life. We provide counseling for Mother Health in breast feeding techniques with vaccine chart for child till 10 years age.
Santhiram Hospital is organizing free ECG Medical camps daily in order to prevent sudden Cardiac arrests and identifying the cardiac health parameters so that the patient can assess his own health condition and improve his heart care accordingly. Further if needed all cardiology services like Angiogram, Angioplasty and CABG are done for free or at subsidized rates as per the applicable schemes in the hospital.

A team of doctors visit the information centers weekly for conducting free health camps and regular checkup of listed patients.
